Frequently asked questions
Deposits & Cancellations
Is the deposit refundable?
No. All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel more than 40 days before your event date, your deposit may be transferred to a new date or time. Cancellations made within 40 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. No exceptions.
Set Up & Booking
How much time is allowed for set up?
All events include 1 hour of set up time. If there is an event before yours, please note that guests may still be exiting as your set up time begins. Our team spends the first 30 minutes sanitizing and cleaning the playground before assisting with event setup.
Can we arrive earlier for setup?
Yes, additional setup time may be purchased in advance depending on availability.
Can we customize packages?
Yes, all packages can be customized based on your needs.
How do we reserve an event?
To officially reserve your event date, a $800 non refundable deposit is required. Package selection, event theme, and final guest count do not need to be confirmed until 2 weeks before the event.
Cake Table & Décor
Is décor or a cake table included in the event packages?
Kid’s table décor is included in all party packages. Cake décor, including balloons and backdrop walls, is included in our Big Bash and Ultimate Big Bash packages. Can packages be customized?
Yes. We are happy to customize packages based on your event needs, vision, and guest count.
Do you have an in house event planner?
Yes, we do. Based on the type and scale of your event, we will connect you with the planner best suited for your celebration.
How much does a fully decorated cake table cost?
Cake tables and full event décor vary based on customization and event scale. We have produced events ranging from $2,000 to over $20,000. If you are looking for décor beyond what is included in our Big Bash package, we can create a customized Ultimate Big Bash experience tailored to your vision and budget. Pricing may vary depending on vendor and material costs.
Socks & Shoes Policy
Do you provide socks for guests?
Yes. Socks are included for all guests attending the event.
Do guests have to wear socks throughout the venue?
Socks are not required in the outdoor areas or adult seating sections. However, all children and adults entering the play area must wear socks at all times. Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the play area, even temporarily, to maintain a clean and safe environment for all children. No exceptions.
Seating & Rentals
How many tables and chairs are included?
The venue includes indoor and outdoor adult seating, lounge seating, and kid’s tables and chairs that can be arranged indoors or outdoors depending on the event layout. We can customize the amount of tables and chairs up to 130 guests total.
Can additional tables and chairs be rented?
Yes. Additional rentals are welcome, but all rentals must be coordinated within the designated setup and breakdown timeframe.
Do you provide linens, chargers, or serving pieces?
These items may be rented separately.
Is outside food allowed?
Do you provide linens, chargers, or serving pieces?
Yes. Outside catering and food vendors are welcome. However, vendors using open flame grills are not permitted. If your vendor is new to our playground please have them visit our playground and/or call us to discuss access points and if we can accommodate their equipment and setup.
Do you allow alcohol?
Yes. Alcohol is permitted for private events. Hosts are fully responsible for monitoring alcohol consumption and ensuring compliance with all legal drinking age requirements.
Do you provide beverage tubs for drinks?
Yes. Beverage tubs are provided for guest drinks.
Do you provide ice?
No, ice is not provided.
Is refrigerator space available?
Refrigerator space is limited and reserved only for sheet cakes. Drinks and ice may be dropped off up to 1 hour before the event.
Music & Entertainment
Do you have an audio system?
Yes. Indoor speakers and an audio system are available for use during events.
Can music be played outside?
Yes, but at a lower volume. Out of respect for our residential neighbors, we’ll need to keep the music volume limited.
Can we bring a DJ?
Yes, DJs are welcome and must be set up indoors.
Can we bring entertainment vendors?
Yes. Face painters, balloon artists, bubble shows, party characters, and other entertainment vendors are welcome. Bubble shows must be performed on a tarp, and bubble machines are not permitted for safety reasons. Absolutely no confetti, pinata, glitter, slime. Please ask management for approval prior to booking a vendor.
What is not allowed?
We do not allow food or drinks in the play area. We do not allow Pinatas, Glitter, Sprinkles, Slime, Paint, Gum, Silly String, Popcorn. No Cotton Candy or melted chocolate preparation on site.
Event Helpers
What do event helpers assist with?
Event helpers assist with basic party coordination including guest check in, setting up children’s tables, beverage stations, cake ceremonies, and general party flow.
Can helpers serve food or hang decorations?
No. Event helpers are not bartenders, servers, or decorators. Due to liability reasons, they cannot climb ladders, hang décor, or inflate balloons.
Cake Cutting
When does cake cutting take place?
Cake cutting typically takes place approximately 1 hour before the event ends to allow enough time for serving dessert and coffee before guest departure.
Do you provide candles?
Sparkler candles are available upon request.
Additional Guests
Why are there fees for additional guests?
Additional guests require increased staffing, additional cleanup, and greater use of supplies and play areas.
Does additional guest pricing include more pizza?
No. Additional pizza may be purchased separately through the venue’s pizza vendor.
Leftovers & Cleanup
Do you provide containers for leftovers?
We do not provide any containers for leftovers. Please work with your food vendor.
When does cleanup begin?
Venue cleanup begins approximately 20 minutes before the scheduled event end time.
Weather Policy
What happens if it rains?
Live. Love. Play. is not responsible for weather conditions. Outdoor areas are not tented, and events cannot be rescheduled due to weather.
Do you provide umbrellas or shade outdoors?
No. Additional outdoor shade accommodations are not provided.
Goodie Bags
What is included in the goodie bags?
Each goodie bag includes 4 toy or activity items.
Are goodie bags themed?
The packaging and colors may coordinate with the event theme, though the toy items themselves will vary.
Adding Additional Party Time
Can additional time be added to a package?
Additional time may be available depending on the day, package, and event schedule. Advance approval is required.
Can we reserve two time slots?
Yes. Weekend events may reserve two consecutive time slots by booking two identical party packages.
Coffee & Tea Station
What is included with the coffee and tea station?
The self-serve coffee and tea station includes foam cups, creamers, sugar, and stirrers.
Package Questions
Can package items be removed for a credit?
Yes. One item may be removed from a package for a credit if requested in advance.
Do smaller parties receive discounted pricing?
No. Package pricing remains the same regardless of guest count below the included minimums.
Valet
Is valet required?
Yes. Valet service is mandatory for all events. Valet is included in your package. Additional fees apply based on size of party and additional time added.
Venue Restrictions
Are there items not permitted at events?
Yes. Confetti, piñatas, glider, bowls of chips, slime and candy distribution are not permitted inside the venue.
